Supreme Court denies State’s motions to stay lower court orders in SD26 and HD71 cases. Another big judicial win for democracy and the rule of law. This puts our election dates up in the air, but the campaign difficulty is worth the people getting timely representation.

On other news The Supreme Court has denied the State motions to stay the Circuit Court’s orders in both the SD26 and HD70.

So Arkansas has 6.9 billion net available yet we want to spend 17% of that for a mega prison that will operate at 9 million a month and we currently pay counties 3 million a month. Where will the money come from? Yes taxes since 2022 for individuals are down from 4.9% to 3.9%
