Something cathartic about my own cider @ChapelSider now being stocked on a shelf next to @PerrysCider the first ciders I ever tried & the beginning of this journey over 10 years ago. Very proud moment 🥹
After a very successful bank holiday tasting, we are delighted to announce that our ciders are now being stocked in @DoddingtonHall farm shop. Tasting notes & food pairing suggestions are on the shelf next to the bottles 🥂

In today's @Cider_Review, @TheCiderCritic interviews @PurbeckCiderCom and tastes a very special recent release. I really enjoyed trying Purbeck's canned range last year, and it's great to see that they're going from strength to strength:

A veritably presidential perry! 🇮🇪 🇺🇸
Yesterday I was honoured to have my Perry "Irish Pear Champagne" selected for serving at the drinks reception for @POTUS banquet in Dublin Castle, and today, coincidentally, he even visited the town of my birth, Ballina Co Mayo! #IrishWine

Pommeau is a geographically protected term for apple mistelle, but mistelles produced in other regions or from other fruit can be similarly appealing. In today's @Cider_Review, @Adam_HWells tastes his way through a magical mystery box of mistelles: https://t.co/6XAoh2W0Yy

Depressing. The fruit grower cutting down his trees. Needs +20% to be viable. Tesco (et al) offer 0.8%. Energy costs for storage +450%. Labour +15%. @the_brc say paying more & know need to be more "sustainable." Hollow words. UK fruit prodn ⬇️ 12% in 2021. https://t.co/HEnIcgqfzp

In today's excellent @Cider_Review article, @Adam_HWells argues that cider means many different things to different people, and that the strength of the cider scene lies in precisely this diversity. Cider isn't and shouldn't be a monolith. https://t.co/MCaFsgHjtv
