It’s an amazing story that we hope will become far more common
“[Our son with bipolar] tried a ketogenic diet, and literally within three weeks or four weeks, we saw progress that we had never seen with any drug or medication. Mind blown, really, and a miracle.” — David Baszucki Listen to my interview with Roblox co-founder David Baszucki:

That was me until I discovered how low carb is amazing for CKD. Those poor people are on so many drugs it’s amazing they have room for food. Low carb leads to less diabetes meds/ BP meds/ reflux meds/ depression meds And EGFR goes ⬆️. It’s not about the protein . #CKD

@metcoalition @bschermd This was posted by @weimbslab after presenting on keto and CKD at kidney conference this week. This is what he noticed! We are all a bit too drug focused and think lifestyle doesn’t work ( until you try low carb, which works like a miracle).

This is not my case but another amazing one that shows, diabetic kidney disease can be reversed (increased eGFR and decreased albuminuria) with ketogenic metabolic therapy. I started doing this at the right time and got extremely lucky of catching it but so many others do not.

So well deserved David @lowcarbGP. To be recognized by the Royal College of GPs is special. But it should be just the beginning in recognizing your seminal work, which is perhaps as important as anything happening in medicine at this time.
HURRAH! Our practice won a Royal College of GPs Practice Team Award tonight for our low carb work to help people with T2D 🥳 Just avoid the foods that put your blood sugar up 👍@DiabetesUK

Interesting case report. This person with polycystic kidney disease has seen dramatic improvements after starting KetoCitra and a ketogenic lifestyle. This case report, together with others, will be presented at the upcoming @ASNKidney conference. https://t.co/dNEcKGwZkm

@weimbslab @PBjornstadMD I had to discover this fact myself🤣. No one ever mentioned fructose to me. Just gave me some pills and told me to cut down on meat. I've been zero fructose Carnivore for 6 years and I'm not dead yet!! (No pills😁)..
