I couldn't go to the Remembrance Service today. First time in years that I haven't. In the 40+ years I have gone I have seen the number of WW2 veterans there fade away. And today I see actual fascists claim to be those acting in their memory. It absolutely sickens me.

Liberation has replied and blocked after demonstrating, yet again, how little they understand. Exports are cheaper on the biggest ships, but the biggest ships only go where there are most people, so Scottish goods go via Liverpool just as German goods go via Rotterdam.
@LiberationScot The English ports have about 15m people within 100 miles. The Scottish port about 3m. That's why they invest where they do. No refinery has been built anywhere in the UK since oil was discovered, because it is more economical to refine closer to the customer than the producer.

Dave seems to think trout are caught by trawlers. He also seems to think the block grant is hypothecated. For an MP with a fishing port in his constituency, such ignorance does not seem ideal.
🐟 Scotland’s fishing industry makes 60% of the UK’s total catch. 😬 Labour’s new funding plan gives us less than 8% of a of a £360mil fund. An 83% decrease from what would have been granted under EU rules. ‼️ Once again, they’re gutting our industry to boost England’s!
