I voice a lot of post-call surveys (where you're asked to stay on the line and do a short survey); I voiced one last week where the question was: "Would you hire this agent if you worked in customer service?" Brilliant. Isn't that what it's all about? #IVR #CallCenter

Added a new "User Login Link Emails" feature, allowing managers to send emails to agents with shortcut URLs to allow them to more easily log in to the agent screen,

Added options at the campaign and in-group levels to allow you to play alert sounds(in the agents' web browser that they are logged into the agent screen with) when a call arrives in the agent's session. Must be enabled in system settings.
