And if the wrong name is presented reconfirm your business details. So it seems if you haven’t registered your business details with Google clusters being called by you may be getting the wrong name being displayed. While annoying it also could lead to identity Fraud or worse🧵

But not the name being presented, speaking to the business owner of the name being presented he confirmed that it was a dormant company and never has had a phone number. A bit more googling of Google’s help pages showed that the name is drawn ‘from’ Google’s business details. 🧵

Odd fault today and interesting lesson for all businesses. Had a call saying that when a call is made with CLi for a business the caller ID name that #android phones presented was a business a few doors down. Googling the number brings up the correct business and a few others 🧵
