My favorite tidbits (For mentees):.✔️Be a finisher. The only things that count are what you move to the "done pile". ✔️If an institution has a board of directors, why shouldn't you?. ✔️A good mentor teaches you skills that cross disciplines (don't be afraid to change direction).

6/ San Francisco continues to demonstrate what might have been. If the rest of the U.S. matched SF’s per capita death rate 170,000 dead Americans would be alive today. It's not rocket science: just strong leadership and people wearing masks & distancing.
