We then used the crystal structure of CD70 bound to its natural receptor CD27 to develop a structure-guided, optimized CD27-based CAR to compare to standard “scFv” based CAR, using frameworks containing either CD28 or 4-1BB costim domains. (6/10)

Analysis of paired tumor RNA sequencing data from @theMMRF CoMMpass study, cell surface #proteomics, and flow cytometry revealed CD70 was present on primary #myeloma. CD70 transcript was strongly enriched in high risk genotypes t(4;14), gain 1q, and loss 1p (5/10)
