Alumni Spotlight #3: Izzy Johnson joined our lab as a Research Specialist in summer 2022. Izzy got her undergrad from Haverford and became a critical lab member, doing research and managing our lab. She will start her PhD at Weil Cornell Immunology.

Alumni Spotlight #2: Dr. Aditi Chandra is the first Vahedi lab trainee who has set up her own independent lab. Aditi, a former postdoc joining the Vahedi lab in 2019, is now an Associate Professor at the Saha Institute of Nuclear (SINP), Kolkata.

ALUMNI SPOTLIGHT #1: The Vahedi laboratory's first PhD student, Dr. Naomi Goldman, defended her PhD in September 2023. Naomi is now a postdoc fellow at Harvard Medical School. Naomi received the prestigious Saul Winegrad Award for Outstanding Dissertation.
