We haven’t even got a handle on dealing with the suggestibility of adults when exposed to social media propaganda, actively encouraging the targeting of *children* by giving them the vote seems to me a work of utter foolishness. It’s a recipe for more populism, not less.

Given the siloed nature of social media which cuts youth off from adults most of us will have no clue how those not legally out of childhood are being targeted by political parties when they seek kids’ votes. Being sanguine about this is the ultimate <<this is fine>> meme.

Find it particularly concerning how these staff seem to take their lead on crucial issues from DEI network groups of their opposite numbers in other trusts who appear to lack real knowledge of equalities law & be guided solely by activist rhetoric.

It’s impossible to read any of Isla Bumba’s testimony & not conclude the right has been correct on the superfluity of DEI staff in our public services. These people serve no useful purpose. In fact, they are very possibly harmful to function of our services.
