Hamas executed Ahmed Zeidan Tarabin, a senior member of an Israel-backed militia headed by Yasser Abu Shabab. Dozens of Hamas militiamen are searching for Abu Shabab in the southern Gaza Strip.

Hamas-controlled Interior Ministry: "We announce the opening of the door to repentance and amnesty for gang members not involved in bloodshed and killing. They have until October 19 to settle their security and legal status."

In joint statement, Hamas, Islamic Jihad, and PFLP: "We strongly reject any foreign guardianship over Gaza. The administration of Gaza is an internal Palestinian affair."

Hamas security forces have arrested dozens of suspected collaborators and anti-Hamas clan members since the ceasefire went into effect. Many are expected to be executed, according to Palestinian sources.

In Ramallah, President Mahmoud Abbas met with Israeli peace activists. He accused the Israeli government of "incitement" against the Palestinian people and the PA.

Hamas denies asking for the bodies of Yahya and Mohammed Sinwar: "The WSJ report is false and untrue. Palestine is our land, and the martyrs are not harmed by any place they are buried in."

Fatah Secretary-General Jibril Rajoub: "October 7 was part of the [Palestinian] defensive war that has been going on since 1948. The armed struggle cannot be condemned."

Palestinian Islamic Jihad: "The enemy's captives will not see the light unless the Zionist entity commits to ending the war."

Hamas: "The release of the last Israeli captive must coincide with the final withdrawal of the occupation forces from Gaza."

Palestinian Resistance Factions: “After two years of the genocide war, the enemy has failed to eliminate the resistance and forcibly retrieve the captives.”

Palestinian Islamic Jihad's armed wing, Al-Quds Brigades: "We reaffirm that our weapons are for liberating the land and eliminating the enemy. We won't lay down our weapons until we achieve the two goals."

Two financial corruption scandals in the Palestinian Authority involving Transportation Minister Tareq al-Zou'rub and Nazmi Muhanna, Director of the Palestinian Border Crossings Authority. The PA Attorney General announced that an investigation has been launched against them.

Israeli security forces arrested Colonel Azmi Mansour, a resident of Kufr Qalil village near Nablus. Col. Mansour is a member of the Palestinian Authoity's National Security Force.
