Today I learned that the largest company in Europe (in terms of market capitalisation) basically treats the BBC as a punchline after it was pretty dismissive of the firm 5 years ago, despite it already being an absolute behemoth.
ASML has some of the best merch in AI. Back in 2020, the BBC called the chip machine maker a “relatively obscure Dutch company” while it was valued at >$150B. Since then, ASML has given hoodies with the quote to employees (new recruits frequently post the merch on Linkedin).
