Everyone says β€œrepurpose with ChatGPT.” Most do it wrong. If you just dump content in, you get generic threads. The real play πŸ‘‡ Train GPT with your own posts + tone so it mirrors your voice. Layer in performance data (CTR, dwell time) to bias outputs toward what’s proven.

Good Morning Google Land! This is the 12/16 edition of "Core Update Notes". The December 2025 core update keeps rolling along and there's a ton of volatility now showing across sites, verticals, and countries. Broad core updates impact all verticals but so far there is a boatload

Here's how many top-cited domains get *zero* traffic from Google. A few notes from my research, and one question if you don't mind. 1. Ranking in Google doesn't define whether a website is valuable. That said, all but ~10 of these sites are highly questionable. 2. Copilot

The number of people arguing for LLMs.txt is crazy. It won't work, y'all are naive and haven't met "creative" SEOs. There's a reason many companies hide sitemaps. This will happen: 1. Your e-commerce pricing will be stolen. 2. Your paywalls will be bypassed. 🧡

I've been tinkering with many product concepts and ideas for months and two have been at the top of my list that we have been building non-stop. AI Visibility, has become, as I hypothesized a complete commodity and race to the bottom. Marketing as a whole needs a new model.

Your top-funnel blog is NOT a sales tool. Your case study is NOT an awareness asset. Map content to stages - or keep burning your budget.

Everyone chases quick wins. The biggest returns come from teams that stay disciplined in their testing. Patience isn't glamorous. But it's profitable. What experiment paid off only after months of iteration?

By continually feeding insights back into the system – refining creatives, shifting spend, adjusting offers based on real data – we achieved a 7,000%+ revenue lift over time. CPA dropped roughly 400%. The compounding effect of iteration is what people underestimate most.

We launched across Google and Facebook, testing creative angles, audience segments, and bidding models in short cycles. Tested headlines, descriptions, offers. Cropped images. Uploaded variations. What converted? What drove CTRs? Four months in, revenue was up 200%. Promising.

Everyone wants to know how fast we can turn them into a $5MM+ brand. How quickly can we hit 300%, 400% ROAS like the case studies they've seen? The honest answer is that it depends on your willingness to stick to the plan and iterate on advertising until it works. To give you

EEAT optimization is slow work. Author bios. Citations. Consistent topical depth. But when those components are there, Google trusts it. 26 pages outperforming entire blogs says everything you need to know about where SEO is headed. Where's the biggest EEAT gap on your site?
