@MdBreathe I went immediately carnivore. I'm a professional chef. I learned to love salt and use it profusely in place of herbs and spices. I don't get bored with it and I have an entire cabinet devoted to herbs and spices. Initially, I would eat two kinds of meat or more for variety. I
