UPDATE- coverage in Africa is not good -and I think this third plane- military RCH 040 appears to be in Ghana now and probably did not stop in Sierra Leone. So it seems like both military planes are in Ghana.

There is a 3rd plane, military RCH040 06-6166, that just landed in Sierra Leone around 5:30 am EDT from Dover, which is not typical, and at this point I am still trying to research to see if it connected from somewhere. Unclear until learn more.
