You may have never voted for a Democrat before but if you are a teacher or coach in Texas, nobody stood taller for you than @jamestalarico in the last 2 state sessions. There were a few house republicans who also stood up but they were primaried out by the top state leaders 2

Texas had two great Democratic candidates. I would have been happy if either won the primary. One brought the fire one brought the calm, both want the things Democrats fight for. I hate when camps get so dug in that they take defeat as a diss. We can't always win. A win
