Things that restore my hope.

So my arms not small per se but they are not big. Anyone who says otherwise is a propagandist who wants me to be complacent. Not fooling me one bit.

& so I somehow ended up with a total of 4 gym memberships concurrently because I was externalizing the problem to the gym’s hours or the distance to the gym rather than taking accountability for me not making time to work out.

The month of September I am dedicating to letting go of the bad baggage that I brought w me from Dallas. I realize after self-reflection that I have been holding on to too many pieces of that life trying to make them fit here in DC. I can’t. I must release to make room for new.
