Loving listening to my latest mix in the gym The @Drake @breakbot remix levels are a bit off at the start but maybe my mix can persuade them to do an official mix 😜😍.

🀣🀣 I have a very precise "examine, roll and squish"technique for eating blueberries because I like them so much but the fear of a squishy tasteless one is real.

So good to talk openly with a brilliant group of people, & to be asked honest and practical questions from the audience when it comes to #inclusion . If anyone wants to chat to our team about supporting our programmes or working with us on creating a more inclusive culture DM me.

@tessacooper5 Rania says "it starts very young. Young people are taught at school & uni that the interviewee has the power. Programmes like @collab_future are re-teaching young people that it's an equal relationship" in order to create the change πŸ‘ŠπŸ½ #wjinclusiverecruitment.

#ActuallyAutistic why are autistic people more likely to be gender non conforming? Tell me your thoughts. I think it' because binary gender constructs serve a purpose that a lot of us aren't interested in.

Such an important thread. I had my first meltdown on public transport the other day. While I felt ashamed it was actually a huge positive step to know I was safe enough to release in that way because my partner was there. Masking them was destroying my body previously.

I did have a particular chuckle at the "get easily distracted" versus "find no joy in the little things". My struggles with focus have been painful for me at times, but sometimes it's simply because I'm appreciating the world around me and all it's possibilities!.

Soooo I was reading an autism charity website and I had a LOT of fun converting their very deficit descriptions of autism & ADHD into deficit-centred descriptions of neurotypical people. Enjoy my #audhd and #actuallyautisic comrades
