Great to see reflections from our Recruitment Workshop last week, with part 2 to come still.
We got some really valuable insights attending this workshop. Some key takeaways were:. - Paying attention to forms of bias in the recruitment process .- The importance of well-written job descriptions that take into account neurodiversity.
