Genghis Khan killed so many people that the earth began to cool. 40 million people were wiped off the planet, vast areas of farmland were reclaimed by the forests and carbon levels dropped significantly.

Day 2 update: only 15 floors, because I joined 2 great workshops that lasted longer, so less walking between floors and different sessions. Still, a lot of standing and enough steps, so exercise done ✔

Interesting workshop on Change Mapping run by @chrisvmcd at #LALDN23 All groups in the room came with a different story and mapping, but we all identified the same new practice that can be introduced. And we had good disucssions what that means for us, as a group, in our context

Recap of Day 1 at #LALDN23 13330 steps and 23 floors (used elevator only 2 times when I was very late for a talk) Love when I get some exercise squeezed in a busy day 😁

30 or 40 is acceptable if that's what you need and yes, daily scrum can be done in 15 mins, if you limit the wip and focus on blockers, not what each and every team member did
