One of th biggest neuroscience conferences told me that they r gonna keep 100% of registration fee because I told them I could not apply for visa due to lack of finances That's $370 which fr an unpaid PhD student like me was a month's salary @FENSorg mail said it's "penalty"

The second woman to receive the Nobel Prize in Physics was Maria Goeppert-Mayer for her work on the nuclear shell structure of atoms. She received the prize when she was 57 years old and did most of her Nobel Prize-awarded research without being paid. #NobelPrize
