Hmmm…”I haven’t seen any maps” says @CAgovernor. He also said he supported Prop 11 (he didn’t) and had “subzero interest” in running for President. Sadly can’t believe a word he says. And voters know it.
NEW: California Assembly Speaker Robert Rivas says CALeg will release the state’s proposed congressional maps next week. Democratic leaders are adamant the process is transparent because voters will have months to consider the maps. Gov. Newsom says he has not seen maps.
