Yes, residents were involved in a focus group to prepare the recommendations, and they will have a separate manuscript that has been submitted to Annals of Surgery. We hope to continue resident involvement going forward.

Thanks Elliott for your leadership in bringing the DV5 to Lahey!.
1of4/.Lots of talk about ergonomics, which are definitely improved, but frankly very low on my list of benefits having had the privilege of doing a case on DV5 yesterday (the first thoracic case post-FDA approval!). Too much to list here, but the safety features are remarkable.

What experience to give Asa Yancey lecture at UMichigan, and catch up with old friends (especially former Vandy residents) and make new ones!.
It was our honor to hear from @steven_stain for the 6th Annual Asa Yancey lecture on how to achieve diversity within teams. Takeaway: Intentionality produces outcomes regardless of the process.
