AI has made programming way less fun

as good as LLMs have become at understanding instructions and solving the task, they still don't produce the code i would their solutions are always the 2nd or 3rd best way of doing something you think this doesn't matter because so are yours

I'll say it again, I think this AI cycle we are in is a net negative on society A man/team that has made the web significantly more pleasant as a platform for many people and spent years doing so for free has AI effectively destroy the business model by first taking his work
