Excellent report on @Channel4News on brilliant work of @DOTW_UK in East London combating dangerous impact of discriminatory health charges on pregnant women by hostile regime of D of Health @keepnhspublic @JonAshworth

I’m at the A&E at the RSH - I can’t believe what I’m seeing. Lots of People parked up in corridors and in small rooms (including a member of my family) Ambulance crews unable to handover. Staff working so hard but unable to cope!

Wrong conclusion Barry. Dept of Health is backing plan to end Huddersfield Royal acute, no blue light ambulance to HRI = glorified urgent care centre NOT A&E: no acute admissions, adults or children, no medical team (obstetrics) on site @HandsoHRIltd right to oppose this
Breaking news from Dept of Health that Huddersfield will receive nearly £200 million investment 24 hour A&E will remain but more serious cases will still go to Leeds or Halifax.

Please catch up with, Ambulance, dedicated & caring staff under intolerable pressure. Royal Stoke's A&E last Jan, hundreds waiting to be seen & on trolleys in corridors. Return full A&E & children's ward etc back at Stafford, only real solution.

@staffshospital Ominous! Here we go again same old tale to pave the way to closing more departments and seconding staff. Are the rumours true about building houses on the land?

Spoke to a junior doctor on Wednesday, and he told me the winter crisis meetings have been upgraded at every trust in England. Beds are expected to be in 125% in demand, routine operations are to be seriously restricted, and emergency surgery will be under severe pressure.
If you thought last year’s #NHS Crisis was bad, sorry to break to it you, but we’re heading for the worst NHS Crisis in two decades. Not me saying it but the Tory loving Express. Reviewed by @rachshabi

@mixitup62 @duffy66_rich @MichelePaduano @999CallforNHS @Tingletoot68 These mothers-to-be are high risk so don't you think they would be safer if we still had Consultant led maternity at Stafford?

@VivekKhashu @MichelePaduano @999CallforNHS @Tingletoot68 I don't expect you'll agree @VivekKhashu lives of mothers to be & children are being put at risk with longer travelling times. Risk assessments done before moving services to Stoke were incorrect & contained errors @Tingletoot68

@VivekKhashu @MichelePaduano @999CallforNHS @Tingletoot68 Do you not feel @VivekKhashu that if Stafford's A&E returned to 24/7 and had level 3 acute care and the wards to back it up, this would alleviate the tremendous pressure Royal Stoke has been under the past few years?

I think a plausible explanation is that whatever Corbyn says or does, his critics will denounce - no matter how much hypocrisy it necessitates. https://t.co/pAUoU1nVQd
One of the oddest features of the Labour tax row is how raising allowances, which the media allowed the LDs to describe as progressive (in spite of evidence to contrary) through the coalition years, is now seen by everyone as very right wing

WMAS Re Worcester Hospitals: Over the last 3 weeks there have been over 400 cases where crews have been delayed for over 1hr. More concerning is the no of cases where vehicles are delayed for 2, 3 and even 4hrs, often with crews not even able to take their patient inside.

I feel like awareness needs to grow. I think we have a very strong NHS, with little support and finance from Government our healthcare system also needs more support through all this political nonsense that we're going through. SAY NO TO PRIVATISATION. UNITED WE STAND

@gillgeorge01 @sathNHS @SATH_CEO Don’t forget they drastically reduced A&E at Stafford Hospital where upto 50,000 people marched to warn them that Stoke & New Cross could not cope with extra demands - they did not listen as our warnings became reality!!! @staffshospital

@staffshospital Will Stafford Borough Council be telling the public soon which private provider will be running this new medical facility? https://t.co/6y4qOb9MYD

The proposed Stafford Day Surgery would operate for 12 hours a day, six days a week

@SONHSLeics Not surprised in our experience @staffshospital decisions made with no risk impact assessments, requirements for changed services ignored or used as meaningless tick box exercise together with supposed public consultation! Evidence based facts/service need treated as myth!
