I finished the year yesterday with this unplanned but rather joyous little interaction.

Giving a 24hr evacuation order before midnight isn’t a 24hr warning. It’s intentionally limited. If your baby was on a ventilator in the north - would you leave it or take it with you to die in your arms? This isn’t right.

My heart is broken for Israel. It’s also broken for all the innocent injured, immobile, old and ventilator dependent adults and children who are about to be flattened in Gaza. Violence of this scale is not the answer to terrorism. It breeds more terrorists.
