the driver backed up to turn because the shooting officer was blocking her vehicle. she was trying to GET AROUND HIM to leave as he was filming her. anybody who parks their own car should understand that.
Pretty unequivocal, and conscience-shocking to call the driver a domestic terrorist given the video evidence.

he put himself in front of the car to film something with his phone, blocking her in BEFORE agents told her to exit the vehicle when she was trying to pull out. she only moved forward AFTER he stepped to the left of the vehicle. is that how he was dragged before too? tactics.
