I am not even asking for a conversion to USD - I just want the code reissued or removed so I can give the AUS$ back to them so they can use it.

There was no notification to tell me that what I was redeeming was specific to AUS - thus trapping me into the situation. There has to be a workaround for this - maybe buying a gift card with that gift card? But I can’t even see the funds because I am in the US.

This just explained the problem I’m asking to fix - and I’ve talked to 4 different reps with no phone option. I just want to be able to give someone access to this gift card so Uber doesn’t effectively steal $100 from us. This is really bad customer service.
