Actually, any large (or large-ish) graphs with node labels and features — not necessarily citation graphs — where I can identify what a node represents and that has human-interpretable features.

Hey graph ML/stats twitter. Are there any citation graph datasets where the feature dictionary is fully available and/or where the paper titles are included? Most (eg Cora, Citeseer) have a binary word feature vector but no dictionary, and no way of connecting nodes to papers.

Why would this be caused “doublind” when it’s anything but double blind? Best case, this becomes a way to fawn over popular researchers and leave anonymous self-reviews, worst-case it’s yet another way to harass subsets of the community.
Finally! After all these years dreaming this up, someone put together a social peer review platform that lets you upvote papers and leave comments. This + arxiv 👌. (Ok, the challenge will be to detect fake comments and votes, but at least it's a start.)
