I chose @MIT @MITEngineering @MITChemE because others who were already here told me it was a place that supports developing beneficial technologies. Happy to be in this book, and to set it aside as a sort of time capsule to revisit in 5-10 years to see how we did.

Exciting things to come from this new lab! Prof. Kim does elegant work analyzing reaction mechanisms and transport phenomena and students will greatly benefit from learning from him! Congrats to DGIST on an excellent hiring decision.
Thrilled to announce that I will be joining the Dept. of Energy Science and Engineering at DGIST 🇰🇷 as an Assistant Professor in Feb 2025. Deeply grateful to my mentors (@sikeslab @LandfesterDept @CTJFerguson) for their invaluable guidance and support throughout this journey.

I really like the way feeds can be customized on the other site! Wish there were more #ChemE researchers sharing and discussing their work there, but it is great for #Biology #Chemistry and #BioE already.

Wonderful way to engage those who are new to a field (any career stage) and also early career researchers who may be trying something new that their lab hasn't done before.

This was a successful model for an event that I will bring back to the US professional societies I'm engaged with. It was called a "fishbowl" discussion where there were a circle of seasoned researchers and an open chair where any participant could sit and ask their questions.
On Friday, we start off early again with a fun discussion on the technical challenges regarding reactive oxygen species measurements with great experts answering all your questions. With Mike Davies @mann_ivel @Riemerlab @sikeslab and Clare Hawkins!
