I’ve been doing a 5x10 with one of my frequent flyers who I feel like I have connected with the least… we’ve walk-and-talked 6 or 7 times so far and he hasn’t been sent to the office AT ALL! in two weeks! (He was previously getting sent about every other day!) @BrianMendler

Tip Tuesday! Set a minimum or maximum character count for a response in Google Forms. The form won't submit unless the response fits the rule. Make the Short Answer or Paragraph question required, click the 3 dots, turn on Response Validation, and choose Length.
