Younger brother @siddharth31 travelled with family from US via Doha to Delhi on AI-972 on July 1st. 72 hours later still waiting for the baggage to be delivered. @airindia called after escalating via social media & blamed it on the US originating airline while we know they are
On @airindia 112 from London. Time to ask the big question: have @TataCompanies screwed up completely? Was this better airline before the Tatas took it over? Was it just as good or bad as it is now ? Will do a piece but the Tatas have done a very disappointing job
