Right, but, Africa spends <$4/km² on exploration (under $1/km² in many countries), versus $8–$20/km² in LATAM, Canada, & Australia. So the “<5% of global critical mineral reserves” is not a ceiling, it’s a minimum based on limited discovery. More exploration = higher reserves.
