Nakasongola has the added advantage of having a 3.6km (3,600 meter) runway at the Nakasongola Airbase that can quickly get converted to civilian use if necessary.

How about the next 20 years. The ultimate solution will always be shifting the capital to Nakasongola. As I proposed Ten years ago.
