Absolutely abysmal experience - not one part of it has went as should. Our assistant on rebookings was lovely but the rest of LHR staff were as useful as a chocolate teapot and lacked empathy for the customers.

Several passengers on this EDI-LHR flight were denied connection by the staff. And then when rebooking I witnessed staff calling other passengers liars and stating the flight arrived on time so it wasn’t BA’s fault. I hope these people are not forced to pay and are recompensed.

Given hotel voucher and shuttle voucher to get me there. Waited 1hr15 for the @HotelHoppaLHR H2X and didn’t show despite timetabled half hourly so got taxi. Checked in two bags in EDI but baggage say they only was put through as paid so I need to pay tomorrow with rebooked delta.

No more flights today so now flying tomorrow more than 24hr after planned departure. Had to go back through long passport control despite not leaving UK, and then collect my bags which took 3 hours and need to go recheck in tomorrow and do it all again.
