That one is an SSM launch site for sure, and belongs to the unit you mentioned in Fuzhou, they conducted several YJ-62 launches at that site in the past, just Google/Youtube "海岸霹雳第一团" for more info.
Now they have both YJ-62 and YJ-12B, at least 4 TELs for each type.

Here is, I believe to be one of the new brigade HQ located on the northeast cost of Taiwan (I-Lan/宜蘭) , an old and long-time inactive HAWK SAM site approx. 23km SE to it is also currently under construction.

I don't know, as it seems the installation has been removed. But normally, you don't install your DF antennas in this close distance to the neighboring buildings, unless it's just a temporary installation.

Both HQ-9 & HQ-9B use Big Bird radar, you only find them at dedicated locations, not at the SAM sites.

Hmmm... Radar site at such low elevation, Woody Island perhaps? The white radome in the far could be the weather Radar on the west side of the island.
