Seems like Algeria just got itself an undisclosed number of CS/SH4 122mm SPH (based on 4x4 Zetros).
This system was first revealed in 2016 - At that time exclusively for export. Later, the PLA received an improved version for domestic use named PCL-161.

The J-7 will soon be replaced and it is just a matter of time.
