A large number of interesting UAVs and aircrafts were spotted in PLAAF's Uxxaktal/Malan Test center - some were never seen before.
It is a possible signal to the west as China is aware of satellites passing by.

Expected to be operational later this year.
According to rumors only - as it was built behind heavy clouds of secrecy - it is a new test site of PLAAF.

An exercise of the 3rd Pipelines Regiment under the Joint Logistic Support Force.
The purpose of these units is to build & protect field pipelines for oil during wartime.
The PLA has overall 6 pipelines regiments. Each has a different region to operate in.

The three naval radar brigades, which are being transferred to PLAAF, can get the designations of 21, 23 and 27 (three former PLAAF brigades that were integrated lately into other brigades)
PLA has overall 5 Bomber units:
Three Divisions under PLAAF and two Regiments under Naval Airforce of PLAN.
Neither the Northern and Western Commands have Bomber units and the 36th Div. will take control these areas if necessary.
The new H-20 is rumored to enter the 10th Div.

Lontian AB in Fujian, one of the most important FOBs in case of an attack on Taiwan (~160km), has completed a major upgrade with new HAS and a longer runway (2.5km).
Prior to the upgrade, it hosted Mi-17 and Z-10 helicopters, J-7 aircrafts and J-6 UAVs

Uxxaktal was known as the home of the 112th Brigade (J-7II) and a T&T Brigade. The former have moved elsewhere during the PLA reforms.

Recent MAXAR images show interesting activity in the inactive PLAAF base of Wenshan.
Four new hangars appeared in its NW corner which can probably host drones for training/tests. Also, it seems like a flying J-20 was spotted too.
