I work for you now. Thanks to you, we’ve been able to pay down debts, keep the lights on, and keep caring for patients. Because of your generosity we’ve raised over $550,000 with an average donation of $70. The practice is stable for the next several months. I’m overwhelmed with

Let’s not address the affordability crisis. Let’s come up with a plan to drive up housing prices even more. - DeSantis probably.

DESANTIS: “If you removed property taxes for every Florida resident,. To backfill that revenue [for 28 fiscally restrained counties] would be about $300 Million per year. I’m totally willing to offer a bridge from the State if it means we get people property tax relief.

American medical schools are the best in the world and should remain free from discrimination, politicization, and acceptance of anything other than excellence. I'm proud to reintroduce the EDUCATE Act, which bans race-based mandates at medical schools and accrediting.

I’m calling it. This week’s number one query on ChatGPT is going to be:. “Write me two paragraphs in response to this question “What have you done this week?””.

The people who built Silicon Valley and changed the world in incredible ways are gone. Much of the current generation are hype mongers, asset gatherers, get rich quick gurus, ponzi schemers and corrupt oligarchs.

USAID was low hanging fruit. Medicare Advantage otoh is going after trillion dollar companies who don’t mess around.

The WSJ documented over $50 billion in Medicare Advantage fraud -- insurers systemically diagnosing fake diseases in patients so they can overbill the gov. That is 100000x more than any of the silly sounding grants that go viral here.

For health corporations and systems, it is never about the physician. Physicians are replaceable to them and advertising any physician above the system itself is antithetical to the system’s existence.

Latest hospital 6 figure ad campaign isn’t about new CT surgeon, structural cards or ANY doc/health service-but instead, is about the board members. 🤣🤣 The suits really believe they are the important ones.

How is Vivek Ramaswamy not in prison?. He made his billions with an 8 person "company," 3 of those employers were his mom, brother, and himself. He launched an IPO for an Alzheimer's drug he knew had already failed in studies, made billions, then company tanked. Sickening fraud.

What we need in healthcare is transparent pricing. Hiding behind negotiated rates and.PBMs only help the middleman, not the average person. #MedTwitter.

Ladies and gentleman, you heard it here. $14 billion dollars per year in profits for an insurance company is very little money. Wonder if he lost all his hair coming up with this thesis.

UnitedHealthcare has a profit margin of 3.63% and makes $32,500 per employee. If they are so greedy why does their business make so little money?

Why do they need any schooling at all. We could use monkeys and train them to throw darts on the dartboards with companies listed on it providing similar returns. Docs on the other hand cannot be replaced by monkeys.

Part of the reason why Venture Capital is so $$ in the US: We pay Venture Capitalists more than anywhere else in part bc we require them to graduate from Ivy League schools. 1/2.

Part of the reason medicine is so $$ in the US: we pay doctors more than anywhere else, in part bc we require more schooling. Why do they need to go to undergrad at all? In most countries they go directly from HS to Med School and should do the same here. Also we need more PAs.
