انصدمت لما سبب لي حبوب لان عندي acne prone skin ولما شفت المكونات حقاته للاسف طلع comedogenic ومو افضل خيار للبشره الحساسه او المعرضة للحبوب
وقفته وصرت استخدم واقي ماركة round labs ومو مصدقه اول واقي شمس يضبط على بشره حساسه/جافه/ معرضه للحبوب 😭🦋

Having a set of skills in certain aspects of a particular specialty doesn’t mean you should automatically specialize in it. Your desired specialty is solely decided based on lifestyle preferences, passion, long term goals and priorities.
A pros/cons list also helps. A lot.

حضرت عيادات ماقبل التخدير مع دكتور جدا رائع، ويسألونه المرضى نفس السؤال، انت بتكون موجود بالعمليات وقت التخدير؟ من باب الأطمئنان كان يقول لهم على حسب الجدول بس ترا الطاقم الي فيه كلهم احسن مني بمراحل وفعلا الفرق يبان وقت العمليات اغلب المرضى الي مو خايفين مارين عليه بالعياده 🥹
جالس أقابل المرضى في زيارة ماقبل العملية اللي راح تكون بداية الشهر الجاي. أفحصهم، أشرح لهم العملية، الخطة العلاجية، وأجاوب على إستفساراتهم.
آخر شيء قلت لهم في سؤال آخر في بالكم أجاوب عليه؟
سألوني "دكتور هل راح تكون مع الإستشارية وقت العملية؟"
