I just learned that our letter to the editor is about one of TWO NEJM articles in 2025 that says naltrexone is contraindicated in cirrhosis There is no evidence for this claim We all need to be the change and make progress together.

Naltrexone is not contraindicated in cirrhosis There is no evidence of harm Only evidence of benefit Do we know for certain it is safe in Child C cirrhosis? No! Nothing is certain in child C cirrhosis.
