Cannot figure out why. Perhaps it is convenient.
Why is he so keen to explain Islam to the world? When did Pakistan become responsible for this? Anyway forming new committees isn't going to convince anyone. Just fixing ourselves into decent human beings and living by the norms of the 21st century would be much more effective.
