As per recent data re #NHS? Waiting Lists are up; A&E markers on 12 hour waits not moving; strikes on the horizon; doctors without jobs; ICBs in flux over roles, mergers, Huge concerns over finances plus potential for medications etc to cost more etc etc That is the present

Sunday musing: I think it's clear that some specialties have decided that there are no lines as to what a doctor or anyone else does. The belief is with supervision and lesser training- anyone can do X or Y roles Which is fair enough-as decisions are made by those in charge of

In older adults with long-standing #T1D severe hypoglycaemia is not about HbA1c or mean glucose, it is driven by greater glucose variability and impaired awareness. via @DiabetesCareADA CGM and when feasible closed-loop systems can make the difference.
