Hey @markroseman do you know that there are exactly ZERO clinics on the south island offering publicly-funded vasectomies? Any idea how to get some traction on getting some attention on that? The wait lists are about to get CRAZY...

Update! @canadaposthelps canāt help if there was a service ticket opened, and customer service wonāt reopen the closed ticket. So nothing was fixed, nobody will help, and I donāt know what else to try. Well done @canadapostcorp!

How do I actually get them fixed? It is unbelievably frustrating to drive to the store and find itās already closed. (It is a franchise/licensed operator, not a real post office.) Neither side seems interested in actually getting them corrected.

Hey @canadaposthelps. The store hours are wrong on the delivery notice cards we get. I talked to the store manager and she has no idea how to get them reprinted. I talked with a supervisor at Canada Post and they said they would talk to the store.

It doesn't seem unreasonable to expect @banquenationale to be able to close an account. I have called, I have visited a branch, and I have emailed written directions. Nobody has responded. The branch manager is unable to help. This is not acceptable. No response at all.

Dear @adriandix, No family GP, so I signed up for Telus Health as my Plan B while I wait on the BC Health Connect Registry. Problem? Telus Health has no available appointments for 3 months minimum. Even my Plan B doesnāt work. #bcpoli

At this point I don't even know which company is actually responsible for helping me. What an incredibly frustrating experience. @TELUSsupport

I hate to say it but this journo got played.
@CCurrieadvocate @DrJLush @BC_GP_Shortage This article does not give credit to the amazing family docs who provide maternity care, and the OBs and Midwives who have been bridging the gap over the past nine months while screaming for change!

Ugh this hurts. I have so much interest and zero dollars of funding. I canāt make more elective time out of thin air.
There were many areas of practice that I did not get as much exposure to as I would have liked in my residency. eg. minor procedures, joint injections, trans health, HRT, IUD insertion I did not run out of time. Rather there was a lack of elective opportunities 3/n

Iām a little skeptical of the 1000 number, but the maternity care gap is still a big problem.

This is true and so incredibly dangerous. Docs have been warning of issues for more than a year, and hardly anything was done in the interim to try and stop it. @PennyDaflos

Hey @Financial_MD my advsior has ghosted me since July - is there any hope of getting someone to reply to an email or call me back?

Hey @TELUSHealth! Your lack of support for pronouns in @MedAccessEMR perpetrates slow violence against trans and gender non-confirming patients. It would be awesome to know when you plan on providing a product that supports providers who are trying to provide affirming care?

I always love looking at the change log for these āupdatedā results. Nothing⦠nothing⦠nothing. Itās a really good way to desensitize users (Doctors!) and encourage them to miss actual updated results. Ugh.

Just a reminder to the @CloudAcctPod that poking holes in condoms is sexual assault, and sexual assault is not a punchline to a joke about increasing the population of accountants. @BlakeTOliver @davidleary

Heya! This is the way. š
š©ŗYour medical clinic wants to manage overhead and its payments from doctors. Using PADs allows a medical clinic to collect payments from their doctors on time, every time.ā ā šVisit the link for a step-by-step process of implementing PADs at clinics https://t.co/wuyMp2gG0i

Laugh or cry?
So, a pharmacist can now get paid 78$ for renewing 8 medications, that a PC MD would either get zero$ for (if done via fax) or an office visit fee of 31$-47$ (if done in person, and regardless of how many other items are addressed). #bcpoli @BCFamilyDoctors @BCCFP
