China's next gen hybrid tank is pretty quiet. Similar to a truck, if in pure electric mode, it can creep up on enemy positions, acoustic stealth is something often overlooked in tank design.

How conference organizers think: "[Name] is popular! They'll draw a big crowd!". How attendees think: "Will I learn anything relevant from this event? Are my colleagues attending? Is the location attractive and reasonable? Can I bring my family along, and will they have fun?".

Basically they are allowing teenagers to see risky behaviors and never see any consequence of those behaviors. In the guise of "protecting children" but in actuality they are making it worse.

Funny thing about @Snapchat. A teenager can post videos of themselves drinking and driving. But if a teenagers posts a video of them drinking and driving and getting into an accident and people die . That video will get taken down.
