I love The Japanese Garden of Peace, but I have a one-man campaign to come up with a better name for that ground than 'Hammersmith Park'. Kiralfy Park is my personal choice, without whom the Gardens would not exist and the story of Shepherd's Bush would have been so different.
We marked the 80th anniversary of the end of the Second World War in the Far East on Friday morning. The early morning ceremony was held at Japanese Garden of Peace in Hammersmith Park #W12
