21’s that are uncommitted, especially the HS ones. If there is a college coach reaching out to you from any level, it’s in your best interest to engage in a conversation. It’s an opportunity for you in a time when there are so few to go around.

Organizations who have those 21’ kids who need a place..I’m looking for a specific kid and a specific talent level but my DM’s are open. Don’t have kids looking for 20% and 40k in loans. Im $14,700 for the entire year for tuition before any aid. We WILL be affordable.

It’s nuts when a kid wants to come to your school but that parents (who are not the ones actually going to school) say no cause it’s D3 and they won’t be able to tell their friends at cocktail hour “Johnny” went D1.

Current and future recruits don’t tell me “Division” doesn’t matter to you. Don’t tell me that winning and development are your biggest priorities and then sign with a school that averages 15wins a season and hasn’t had a guy at the next level. Hey D1 though!

This is the most exciting and frustrating part of the year. Schools push for big rosters just to have them cut down at the end of the year. Eligible to play or not everyone should be allowed in the dugout or if not the

I coach at a very good D3 school and I Manage in the Cape Cod Baseball League where I coach some of the best amateur players in the world. Trust me there is a significant difference in size, speed and overall skill level. Yes there are exceptions but they are VERY limited.

Our players played hard, enjoyed their time and the most important thing got better before heading back to school! Big changes needed to be made and I believe regardless of the record we made people proud to wear the W again! Next step playoffs and ring chasing!

deserves it.. Look at our recruiting. What other school recruits 26yr old freshmen, D1/D2 bounce backs, juco kids, had kids from 16 different states in 2016 (National Title Game Runner-Up) and the coaching staff leaves for the summer and coaches in the Cape.
