Not sure about LMG v USG, but there is more emerging data on X-ray/CT guided V USG spinal injections demonstrating similar accuracy, clinical efficacy & safety of the Lumbar facet joint /MBB in a trained / experienced clinicians!
LMGI vs USGI in peripheries largely demonstrates ⬆️ accuracy but no difference in outcomes/safety. Has anyone compared similar in the spine? Image Guided vs LMGI - outcomes, accuracy (assumed higher!), safety? @SURESHSUDULA @adamdobson123 @SportDocBedford @GilesHazan
