This participatory project has been a lot of fun (and a lot of video data) exploring food pedagogies in a festival environment. We’re lucky to be working with the same kids again in less than two weeks. @deanaleahy @Liza_R_Barbour @sandrodemaiofdn @aliceinframes.

Students made short films about a native edible plant at the campus gardens this week. The banksias are flowering and many students hadn’t seen these before - some likened it to corn and others thought the texture was like rambutan. @MonashEducation
