Post-Parkrun etc. Proper humid. Final photo spares viewers the worst of the sweat - but I’ve bottled it, and am happy to deliver locally. On my bike. Which will increase sweat levels, in case any evaporates from “sweat bottle” en route. #parkrun #whitleybay

I’ve changed the flower beds in my garden into the shapes of the areas covered by hosepipe bans. I water them 24/7 in the hope it provides some comfort to those in Sussex, Kent, Yorkshire, etc #doingmybit #allheart #strongertogether

A few weeks ago, our school lost a beautiful family in the Air India flight. I needed to create a legacy for them. After a call out to poetry friends, I was overwhelmed by the response. This anthology is for Zayn, Amani, Mum & Dad. It is the most important.
