Great start to @researchEDScot1 by @C_Hendrick It was a highly applicable discussion on the probabilistic nature of the science for learning. Great examples of why often teachers look at the wrong things when they consider the nature of great teaching.

Overall an excellent day! Excellent CLPL through thinking, discussing, and learning. Particularly nice discussion with @robin_macp on how agency links to gratification. Now to see what I can test and embed in my practice, & what I can polish so I don’t become complacent. 3/3
